According to The Telegraph, the wedding ceremony took place on Christmas Day, during the holiday in the Caribbean that the two stars spent at the private estate of American fashion designer, Donna Karan, in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Angelina Jolie, 37, and Brad Pitt, 49, spent their holidays in the Parrot Cay luxury complex with their six children, Pitt’s parents and his brother and sister.
The couple’s wedding plans were under great speculation ever since the two made their engagement public in April 2012.
Most rumors pointed to France as a possible location for the ceremony, as the couple owns Chateau Miraval on the domain of Brignoles, a medieval castle located in Provence.
Another rumor was related to the wedding dress, claiming that Angelina Jolie had chosen L’Wren Scott to design her wedding gown.
